Awful speech. Just like Obama's ... full of promises, but no specifics. Cut personal income taxes ... by how much? Reduce spending ... by how much? Cut the corporate tax rate ... by how much?
Worst part? The part where he chastises the Russians for invading Georgia and then in the next paragraph states that he will "work to establish good relations with Russia".
