I live-blogged the torch relay in Bangkok and Jakarta. They looked nothing like this photo.
Impressive ... I'm not promoting the torch as it is only a Chinese show for Chinese that is why you see the multitude in that photo and I have noticed that the news are found at the sport's section of the agencies...

This is unbelievably ex-post-facto, but I felt it necessary to point out that there is nothing 'remote' about the city of Shenzhen.
ReplyDeleteWith an urban populace of 4 million, metro populace approaching 6 million, and nestled between the enormous urban centers of Hong Kong and Guangzhou on the Pearl River, Shenzhen is anything but a 'remote' location, it is one of the economic linchpins of the South China region.
