Nepal after the monarchy
Will the end of monarchy in Nepal mean peace and development for the new republic? Noting how the monarchy served to unite various ethnic groups on one hand, and pointing to the Maoists track record of committing bloody atrocities on the other, Robert Kaplan of The Atlantic is pessimistic.
