Nepal election: Maoists ahead

It's 23:30 in Bangkok, 22:30 in Kathmandu

As of 22:00, "Nepal’s Maoists had established leads in 32 of the 62 constituencies for which trends were available late on Friday evening" according to a report in the Hindustan Times. The election is described as the final step of a peace process that ended the Maoists’ decade-long armed struggle that will most likely abolish King Gyanendra’s rule.
