Anticipation of spectacular New Deli torch protest

Beijing has demanded India to conduct a security lock-down of its capital to prevent India's hundred-thousand strong Tibetan community from protesting the Olympic torch relay. Beijing wanted the route ""completely sanitized" of protesters. India has refused. (Australian)

  1. Heh. I wonder if the Indian government told China that this was an "internal affair," and that China had no business interfering. Maybe not, but the idea still puts a smile on my face.

  2. Yes. Good that you put it in perspective.

  3. Frankly I'll just let India take all the blame if anything happens to the torch run. By then both j-p and jotman will come up with another silly excuse condemning China for all the stupid reason.
