World's youngest political prisoner

Hu’s wife, Zeng Jinyan, and their two-month-old daughter are still under house arrest in the capital - making the baby girl effectively the world’s youngest political prisoner.
That's from the latest update from Reporters without Borders on the arrest of Hu Jia. He was arrested on Dec. 27 shortly after he testified by telephone to a European Parliament committee concerning "Olympic-related rights violations" by the Chinese government.
